Bushhunters is a discovery directory that links to publicly available profiles. We do not host the underlying media. Even so, we respect intellectual-property rights and respond to valid notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Filing a notice

The fastest way to file is our removal request form(choose “DMCA / copyright”). A valid notice must include:

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
• The exact URL(s) on this site you want addressed.
• Your contact information (name, email, address).
• A statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the owner or authorized agent.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Send formal notices to our designated agent at dmca@bushhunters.com (placeholder). Replace with your registered agent details before launch.

Counter-notice

If your listing was removed and you believe it was a mistake, you may submit a counter-notice with the same contact details and a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was in error.

Repeat infringers

We may remove and decline to re-list profiles associated with repeated, valid infringement notices.
